DIY Wedding Flowers
SEASONAL FLOWERS FOR BEAUTIFULLY PERSONAL WEDDINGS
Every wedding tells a different story and we believe the flowers should too.
Our DIY wedding buckets are perfect for couples who would like to create their own wedding flowers with family, friends or their chosen florist.
Our buckets are filled with stems grown on the farm so you’ll receive the very best of what’s growing that season, making your wedding flowers unique to the time of year.
DIY WEDDING BUCKETS
£75 PER BUCKET
Minimum 50-60 stems per bucket
Every bucket is filled with a generous mix of focal and filler flowers and foliage to fit your colour scheme.
Flower buckets can be collected from the farm 24-48 hours before your event. We are happy to discuss delivery for an additional cost.
LOOKING FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT?
If arranging your own flowers isn’t quite what you’re looking for, we’d be delighted to chat through the other options we offer.
If a full installation is a better fit for your day, we can recommend trusted local florists who share our passion.
Wedding Flower Stem Guide
The number of stems you’ll need will depend on the flowers you choose and how full or delicate you would like your arrangements to be. Use these quantities as a starting point when planning your DIY wedding flowers.
Bridal bouquet — 25 – 35 stems
Bridesmaid bouquet — 15 – 25 stems
Flower girl posy — 8 – 12 stems
Buttonhole — 1 – 4 flower/foliage stems
Small jam jar — 12 - 15 stems
Table centre in a medium vase — 30 - 40 stems
Large table arrangement — 25 - 60 stems
Top table arrangement — 40 – 60 stems
We would suggest allowing an additional 10–15% for choice, breakages and those lovely extra stems you decide to tuck in as you arrange.
Little Routh DIY Wedding Buckets
Each Little Routh DIY Wedding Bucket contains a minimum of 50 stems. A generous seasonal mix of focal flowers, fillers and foliage to work with your chosen colour scheme.
As a rough guide:
1 bucket = 50+ stems
3 buckets = 150+ stems
5 buckets = 250+ stems
6 buckets = 300+ stems
These are guides rather than exact recipes. Seasonal flowers vary enormously in size and shape and part of the charm of arranging with locally grown flowers is allowing each stem to find its own place.
Please contact us to discuss your flower needs and we will be very happy to guide you.
